Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active South Carolina Special Education Teacher License (multi-categorical or appropriate endorsements/certifications required)
• Experience supporting students in moderate, resource, or self-contained classroom settings
• Ability to work onsite at multiple schools as assigned (onsite preferred; VOCO may be considered at a later time)
• Comfortable adapting to elementary, middle, high school, and PreK age groups
• EC certification/endorsement needed
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver differentiated instruction in a variety of special education settings, including co-taught and self-contained classrooms
• Create engaging, inclusive learning experiences tailored to students’ unique needs and IEPs
• Collaborate actively with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to support student growth
• Implement behavioral and academic strategies that foster positive learning outcomes
• Maintain thorough documentation, comply with all required reporting, and participate in ongoing professional growth opportunities
