Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license (required)
- Proven experience in special education, with a comprehensive understanding of IEP development and implementation

- Flexibility to provide instruction either onsite or in a virtual setting, depending on your preference
- Ability to adapt teaching methods and strategies to accommodate individual student needs
- Proficiency with educational technology and relevant digital platforms for remote learning (for virtual candidates)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver individualized instruction to students with a wide range of abilities, following IEP goals and objectives
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
- Develop and maintain organized documentation, progress monitoring, and data collection to track student growth
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of education plans
- Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom culture that encourages student engagement
- Remain current with best practices in special education and implement innovative teaching strategies
