How you'll contribute:

• Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons aligned with adapted curriculum standards for students in a separate school environment.
• Collaborate with classroom staff and related service providers to develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Utilize data-driven methods to assess progress and adjust instructional strategies to support student growth.
• Provide positive behavioral interventions and create a classroom environment fostering growth, respect, and independence.
• Communicate regularly with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and support across settings.

What we’re seeking:

• Valid teaching licensure with an Adapted Curriculum endorsement (Strict requirement – no exceptions).
• Experience or preference for working with middle or high school grade levels, ideally in a public separate school or similar setting.
• Strong understanding of best practices in special education and commitment to inclusive, student-centered approaches.
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
