Desired Background:

  • Valid Adaptive Curriculum Certification (Required)
  • Experience as a Special Education Teacher, ideally in middle or high school settings
  • Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and documentation
  • Ability to foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and colleagues

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement individualized lesson plans tailored to meet the needs of each student’s IEP
