Embark on a rewarding assignment supporting students with diverse learning needs through occupational therapy services in a school-based setting near Eden Prairie, MN. Multiple contract opportunities are available for dedicated professionals seeking to make a meaningful impact during the upcoming school year. These positions will primarily engage students who receive special education and Setting IV services across several well-established educational centers.

Openings include:

  • One leave-of-absence role (August 31 – approx. November 13) at North Education Center (.8FTE/32 hrs/wk, 4 days/week)
  • One leave-of-absence role (September 21 – January 4, no winter break) at South Education Center (40 hrs/wk, 5 days/week)
  • One full-year role (20 hrs/wk) servicing split sites, with students in various placements
  • One pending full-time role (awaiting confirmation)

Key qualifications and background:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist with prior experience in school-based settings
  • Demonstrated ability to support students receiving Setting IV and/or special education services
  • Proficiency in adapting interventions to diverse needs and collaborative team communication
  • Successful completion of agency onboarding and district background check
  • Reliable transportation to alternate campus sites as needed
  • Good standing in prior placements (for returning professionals)
  • Flexible to work within the designated school calendar and specific assignment lengths

Expect to provide hands-on interventions and collaborative consultation with interdisciplinary teams, while maintaining documentation to support student growth and compliance.
