Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Michigan teaching license with Special Education endorsement (required)

• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, aides, and families
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive classroom culture

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Provide direct instruction and adapt curriculum to ensure student success
• Monitor student progress and maintain detailed records
