Role Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and evaluate individualized instruction for students on your assigned caseload
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal law
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to foster inclusive learning opportunities
• Maintain effective communication with families and support networks
• Participate in school meetings, IEP reviews, and professional development sessions
• Use creative and evidence-based strategies to meet students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional goals
