Key Qualifications:

• Valid LBS1 (Learning Behavior Specialist 1) certification required.
• Previous experience in special education strongly preferred.
• Ability to develop, implement, and adapt Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Strong communication skills for effectively partnering with staff, students, and families.
• Capacity to foster inclusive classroom environments that address diverse learning needs.
• Comfortable with flexible assignment duration.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional, individualized instruction to students with a variety of learning needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers to ensure student success.
• Monitor and document student progress, making instructional adjustments as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings, data analysis, and professional development opportunities.
• Create engaging lessons that promote academic and social-emotional development.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive educational atmosphere.
