Job Description

With a caseload currently at five students and never exceeding six, you’ll have the time and resources to provide truly individualized instruction and care.
Key Qualifications:
- Michigan Special Education certification (required)
- ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) certification (required)
- Previous experience working with upper elementary-aged students preferred
- Strong ability to collaborate and communicate with colleagues, students, and families
In this role, you will:
- Deliver targeted, specialized instruction based on each student’s unique needs
- Create and implement interventions and strategies that foster academic, behavioral, and social-emotional progress
- Closely track and document student growth, maintaining compliance with state and program requirements
- Work alongside teachers, therapists, and school support staff to ensure a cohesive approach to student development
- Build positive, trusting relationships with students and advocate for their success every day
