This contract opportunity offers two positions serving Autistic Support classrooms for the 2026-2027 school year, with the possibility of assignment adjustments. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 7:45 am to 3:15 pm, offering a consistent daily schedule.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current Pennsylvania teaching certificate in Special Education required
• Previous experience in special education or Autistic Support settings highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of IEP development and progress monitoring
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and effectively communicate with parents and caregivers
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and pre-assignment district trainings
• All required Pennsylvania clearances must be completed prior to start

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction and academic support tailored for students with autism
• Develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Employ a variety of instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
