Empower students across elementary, middle, and high school levels by providing exceptional occupational therapy services in a dynamic school-based environment. This onsite, full-time contract opportunity is perfect for professionals passionate about making a real difference in a supportive educational setting. Work closely with a diverse caseload, addressing a wide range of disabilities from mild to severe, and collaborate with a dedicated team of educators and specialists.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid Washington State OT License (Department of Health)
  • Washington State OSPI ESA certification with occupational therapy endorsement (fully licensed)
  • Prior experience working in a school-based OT setting is strongly preferred
  • Comfort and adaptability in supporting students of all ages (elementary through high school) and varying needs
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of an interdisciplinary team

Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering individualized and group occupational therapy services in alignment with students’ IEPs
  • Conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and documenting progress
  • Collaborating closely with teachers, administrators, and family members to foster student success
  • Promoting student independence in the school environment by supporting fine motor skills, adaptive behavior, and sensory needs
  • Participating in IEP meetings and contributing valuable input regarding student performance and strategies
