This full-time contract opportunity supports elementary-level students with speech and language needs, focusing on bilingual English-Spanish services. You'll collaborate closely with educators and families in a hands-on, onsite setting. We’re seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC required)—not accepting SLPA or CF candidates—who are ready to make an immediate impact.

Desired Background and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current, valid Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license (State licensure required)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish
  • Previous school-based SLP experience (elementary setting preferred)
  • Strong collaboration skills and a commitment to evidence-based practices
  • Comfortable working in self-contained settings as needed
  • No educator credential required

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to elementary students, addressing bilingual needs
  • Develop individualized treatment plans, monitor student progress, and document outcomes
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families
  • Provide therapy both in individual and group settings
  • Adapt interventions and materials for bilingual, Spanish-English learners
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of required documentation

What You’ll Enjoy:

  • Stability of a long-term assignment through June 2027
  • Predictable full-time schedule (35 hours/week, 4-5 days a week)
  • Opportunity to make a tangible difference in a vibrant, multicultural community
  • Supportive educational environment with collaborative team dynamics

Help foster communication skills that empower young learners. Bring your expertise as a bilingual SLP, and join a passionate group dedicated to student success.
