Make a difference in the lives of elementary students as a full-time School Psychologist serving a K-5 caseload in a supportive school environment. This contract position offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated team and allows for both on-site and hybrid work arrangements, providing flexibility in your schedule.

Ideal candidates possess strong assessment abilities, collaboration skills, and experience working with young learners. Your expertise will guide individualized student support and contribute to a positive school climate.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist (in accordance with state requirements)
  • Experience in school settings, ideally working with K-5 students
  • Strong understanding of child development, learning differences, and behavioral interventions
  • Familiarity with conducting psycho-educational evaluations and functional behavior assessments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and support teams
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Open to a hybrid schedule as needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete comprehensive assessments to inform educational planning and supports for elementary students
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement academic and behavioral interventions
  • Participate in IEP meetings and assist with goal setting for students with special needs
  • Provide consultation and recommendations to educators and families for student success
  • Support school-wide initiatives aimed at creating a positive learning environment
