Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state SLP license and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience working in school settings, preferably with early childhood populations
  • Comfortable providing speech and language evaluations, including through teletherapy platforms
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and English is required
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other support staff

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Complete timely and comprehensive speech-language evaluations for a kindergarten student, using best practices in assessment
  • Develop recommendations and documentation that align with school and state guidelines
  • Deliver services via teletherapy as needed, adapting tools and approaches to engage young children remotely
  • Work closely with classroom teachers and special education teams to facilitate student success
  • Offer family guidance and consultation to support carryover of communication strategies in the home environment
