Per Diem Retail Staff Pharmacist in Foley, MN

Provide pharmacy expertise in a Specialty Pharmacy setting, supporting both retail and long-term care needs over select dates. This per diem role is ideal for pharmacists certified in immunization and CPR, offering a dynamic work environment with varied responsibilities.

• Specialty Pharmacy in Milaca, MN

Schedule:

• 8/26: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• 8/27: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• 8/28: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• 9/1: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately for retail and long-term care patients
• Provide clinical pharmacy services tailored to specialty care requirements
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy
• Perform long-term care pharmacist duties including medication regimen reviews
• Support immunization and patient education efforts as needed

Desired Qualifications:

• PharmD degree or equivalent
• Certified in Immunization and CPR
• Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification preferred
• Experience in retail and long-term care pharmacy settings
