Location: North Vernon, IN
Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (lunch 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (lunch 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare medications and prescription orders for patient pickup or delivery
• Oversee ordering and inventory control of pharmacy equipment and supplies
• Ensure proper storage and handling of prescription drugs and controlled substances following best practices
• Verify prescription information with prescribing healthcare professionals as needed
• Maintain approved drug lists and monitor expiry dates to guarantee medication safety
• Monitor pharmacy displays and overall presentation to uphold a professional environment
• Address patient inquiries and resolve concerns with courteous service
• Keep precise records of inventory, patient data, and insurance claims
• Support retail pharmacy operations and provide telepharmacy services
• Collaborate with pharmacy management on staff progress and operational needs
• Comply with all state and federal pharmacy regulations

Qualifications:

• Valid Indiana Pharmacist license (verification required)
• Immunization license
• Resume, skills checklist, and references
• Spanish language skills are a plus but not mandatory
