Opportunities are currently available for both long-term substitute and full-time positions, offering you flexibility to match your career goals. Whether you are an experienced SLP-CCC or a motivated SLP-CFY ready to begin your professional journey, your expertise will help students reach their fullest communication and academic potential.

Multiple openings are available:

  • One long-term substitute SLP for the full academic year
  • One long-term substitute SLP, from September 2 to November 20
  • One full-time SLP position

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current ASHA certification (CCC-SLP), or SLP-CFY candidates encouraged to apply
  • New York State licensure (or eligibility)
  • Prior experience with pediatric or school-based populations preferred
  • Ability to collaborate with students, families, and educational staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy programs based on IEP goals
  • Provide both direct and consultative services
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and legal requirements
  • Work collaboratively with educators, support staff, and parents to facilitate positive student outcomes
