Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This role offers an opportunity to work as a Pharmacist in a unique Long Term Care (LTC) and Mail Order environment. The schedule follows a 7-on, 7-off rotation, specifically from 8:30 PM to 5:00 AM, running Wednesday through Tuesday. This position is available as a contract-to-hire with an initial duration of 13 weeks and a potential pathway to direct hire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process and verify medication orders within a Long Term Care and Mail Order pharmacy setting.
  • Utilize Frameworks for order entry, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient medication therapies.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and ensure patient confidentiality throughout all pharmacy processes.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active Massachusetts pharmacy license is required.
  • Experience in Long Term Care (LTC) pharmacy practices.
  • Exposure to Mail Order pharmacy operations is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Frameworks software is a strong plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are important for success in this role.

Shift and Schedule:

  • Work schedule consists of Wednesday through Tuesday with 7 days on and 7 days off rotations.
  • Shift hours are from 8:30 PM to 5:00 AM.
