Job Description
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A pharmacy opportunity is available for a pharmacist with experience or interest in long-term care and mail order pharmacy environments. This contract-to-hire position offers consistent weekday hours with some weekend rotation, supporting a balanced work-life schedule.
Location: Middletown, OH
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- Shift options: 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:45 PM
- Rotating every third weekend
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately dispense and verify medications in compliance with regulations
- Provide expert pharmaceutical care specific to long-term care and mail order settings
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain comprehensive patient medication records and ensure regulatory adherence
Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio pharmacy license is required
- Experience in long-term care pharmacy is a strong plus
