Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in Colorado
• Accepting candidates with CCC or those who are current Clinical Fellows (CFY)
• Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for helping students overcome communication obstacles

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop plans of care for students with speech/language disorders
• Provide direct therapy services tailored to individual student needs
• Partner with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain organized records, documentation, and progress reports in compliance with school and legal requirements
• Contribute to IEP meetings and collaborate on educational strategies
• Uphold best practices in evidence-based pediatric speech-language therapy
