Step into a rewarding contract opportunity providing Speech-Language Pathology services in a supportive school-based setting near Oregon, IL. This full-time position spans 37.5 hours per week, split between two welcoming campuses serving elementary or elementary through middle school students (caseloads determined by your preference and during the interview process). If you're a recent graduate, you'll benefit from comprehensive clinical fellowship supervision, making this an ideal environment to launch or further your career in a nurturing educational community.

Here’s what we’re seeking:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligibility for Illinois state licensure and PEL (Professional Educator License)
  • Open to both Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and experienced SLPs with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Passion for working with K-6 or K-8 student populations

In this role, you will:

  • Provide direct and indirect SLP services to students identified with communication disorders
  • Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school teams and families
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Attend IEP meetings, engage in team collaboration, and support students’ academic and social success
