Two exciting full-time opportunities are available for dedicated Occupational Therapists or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants interested in working within both elementary and high school environments. These contract roles offer the chance to work closely with students, families, and school teams in a supportive setting near Ann Arbor, MI.

What we’re seeking:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with relevant credentials
• Experience in school-based settings is highly desirable
• Proficiency in techniques to support fine and gross motor skills development
• Comfortable utilizing teletherapy platforms as part of service delivery
• Strong desire to help students achieve their fullest potential, both academically and functionally
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other professionals
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students in elementary or high school
• Document progress and maintain compliance with required records and paperwork
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to set student goals and monitor outcomes
• Adapt strategies to maximize student participation in school routines and learning activities
• Actively contribute to IEP meetings and parent communications
