Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Prior experience working with elementary school-aged children, school-based experience strongly preferred
• Strong collaborative and communication skills to engage effectively with students, teachers, and families
• Passion for empowering students to achieve their communication goals

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver targeted therapy to address speech, language, and communication needs
• Implement and update IEPs in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with general and special education teachers to support academic and social participation
• Provide resources and education for families to help reinforce student progress at home
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation to support student growth
