What We’re Seeking:

• Holders of an active Indiana Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license.

• Able to navigate a dynamic district with caseloads typically ranging from 80–100 students.
• Comfortable collaborating with supervising SLPs, special education teams, and classroom staff.
• Flexible regarding assignments, with a willingness to work at various sites while final school placements are determined.
• Compliant with all standard background and clearance processes required by school districts.
• Strong documentation and communication abilities, with a focus on student growth.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Delivering direct and indirect speech-language services to students as outlined in IEPs under SLP supervision.
• Supporting the development of students’ communication skills, tracking progress, and maintaining detailed records.
• Collaborating with teachers and family members to reinforce strategies and foster positive student outcomes.
• Participating in team meetings and professional development as needed.
