School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Valparaiso, Indiana

What You’ll Bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Current Indiana state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• School-based SLP experience strongly preferred
• Comfort managing caseloads between 70–100 students
• Willingness to travel between nearby schools if needed
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Note: SLPA candidates will not be considered for these openings

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students aged preschool through middle school
• Monitor, assess, and document progress toward IEP goals
• Develop tailored intervention plans based on student needs
• Collaborate with special education staff, parents, and related service providers
• Attend IEP, MDT, and staff meetings as required
• Maintain compliance with relevant school, state, and federal regulations
• Participate in flexible scheduling across a 7-hour school day (includes 30-minute unpaid lunch)
