Step into an engaging role supporting the success and well-being of young students as a school psychologist working with K-5th grade learners. This full-time contract position offers you the chance to make a meaningful difference in elementary school settings, providing services that help children thrive both academically and emotionally. Preferred Qualifications or Experience:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
  • Appropriate certification or licensure to practice as a school psychologist
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students (K-5) in a school setting
  • Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and consultation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in both in-person and remote (hybrid) environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments, including cognitive, academic, and social-emotional evaluations
  • Provide direct support and counseling to students as needed
  • Assist with the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student growth
  • Offer crisis intervention and consultation as required
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with school policies and regulations
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to develop interventions and strategies
