Qualifications:

• Active Texas Special Education Teacher certification required
• Experience working in K-8 settings preferred
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation

• Ability to work 37.5 hours per week, across five days, with reliable commuting to the designated location

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction within inclusion classrooms, adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
• Work collaboratively with general education teachers and support staff to optimize students’ individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Monitor student progress, tracking and reporting growth toward educational objectives
• Engage in regular communication with parents and guardians, providing insights and updates on student development
• Create a positive, respectful classroom culture where every student feels valued and supported
