What You'll Need:
- Valid credentials/certification as a Special Education Teacher in Texas
- Experience working with K-12 student populations in special education settings
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities Include:
- Creating and managing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s strengths and challenges
- Delivering engaging lessons and specialized instruction to students across a range of ages and abilities
- Tracking and reporting student progress and modifying learning plans as necessary
- Collaborating with general education teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure holistic support
- Maintaining a safe and encouraging learning environment
