Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted instruction in a self-contained classroom for K-1st grade students, accommodating various learning styles and abilities
• Develop, modify, and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Assess student progress and adjust interventions and teaching approaches accordingly
• Collaborate with general education teachers, aides, therapists, and families to support each child’s growth
• Create a safe, supportive, and structured classroom environment
• Document student achievements, behaviors, and goals
• Participate in professional development, meetings, and training as needed
