You’ll play a critical role working directly onsite, lending your expertise to ensure students receive comprehensive psychological services—ranging from evaluations and assessments to active participation in IEP meetings and multi-disciplinary collaboration. Key Qualifications:

• Active Delaware (DE) School Psychologist licensure (required at time of application)
• Previous experience in a school-based psychologist role—preferably with high school populations
• Proficiency conducting psychoeducational assessments and writing comprehensive psychological reports
• Demonstrated collaboration with IEP teams, educators, and diverse student services professionals
• Reliability and willingness to commit to a full-time, onsite schedule (Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week)
• Ability to complete Red Clay fingerprinting during onboarding

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer psychoeducational evaluations and interpret results for high school students
• Draft clear, detailed assessment reports and share findings with educational teams and families
• Provide direct and consultative support to students, teachers, and administrators
• Actively participate in IEP team meetings, contributing to individualized education planning
• Collaborate with district staff to help meet student behavioral, academic, and emotional needs
