Qualifications:

  • Current OT licensure (Illinois or eligible for Illinois license)
  • Prior experience in school-based Occupational Therapy preferred
  • Experience supporting high school-aged students with complex needs strongly desired
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to collaborative, student-centered care

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct OT services to students in grades 9–12
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address IEP goals
  • Maintain timely, thorough documentation and progress reports
  • Support students’ functional, academic, and social participation in the educational environment
  • Communicate compassionately and effectively with families and staff
