In this unique role, you’ll supervise a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) and work across both an elementary and middle school site, offering varied and stimulating responsibilities that help refine your leadership and clinical skills.

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license for MN
• Previous experience working in school-based settings is preferred
• Ability to supervise and mentor a COTA
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students at both an elementary and middle school
• Supervise and provide guidance to a COTA on-site
• Assess, develop, and implement therapeutic plans to meet students' needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Document interventions and progress in accordance with school and state requirements
