Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Missouri required

• Strong organizational skills and time-management, with readiness to work independently

What You’ll Do:

• Serve a diverse caseload of approximately 32 direct students at several school sites
• Deliver occupational therapy services totaling around 800 minutes weekly, ensuring consistent support for all assigned students
• Balance your own schedule, with initial oversight and ongoing collaboration
• Develop and implement personalized intervention plans to promote student success, participation, and growth in the educational environment
• Effectively document sessions and progress, staying compliant with school and regulatory guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts
