Make a positive impact on students’ lives by providing vital psychological services in elementary school settings near Englewood, CO. This contract role is ideal for a School Psychologist who thrives in a collaborative, educational environment and is passionate about supporting young learners. In this part-time opportunity, you'll split your time between two elementary schools—one day (8 hours) per week at each location—where you’ll be key in fostering student success.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid School Psychologist credential (Colorado licensure preferred)
  • Experience with special education assessments and reporting
  • Strong knowledge of psychological testing tools and IEP processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Previous experience working with diverse student populations in a K–5 setting
  • Ability to travel between two locations weekly

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct special education evaluations and re-evaluations in accordance with state and federal guidelines
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to interpret assessment data and guide educational planning
  • Write comprehensive psychological reports and participate in eligibility meetings
  • Provide consultation and recommendations to support students’ academic and social-emotional growth
  • Offer crisis intervention and behavioral support as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in line with district policies
