Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) School Psychologist credential, required
  • Previous experience in K-12 schools strongly preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish language skills are a plus
  • Strong assessment, consultation, and intervention skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Adaptability and willingness to work in itinerant roles

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational and behavioral assessments
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop effective interventions and supports for students
  • Provide counseling services and crisis intervention when needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings, facilitate eligibility determinations, and contribute to the overall support team
  • Deliver consultation and guidance on best practices in learning and mental health
  • Serve multiple school locations as assigned, responding flexibly to the needs of each site
