Step into a meaningful role supporting students as a dedicated School Psychologist in a full-time, onsite capacity. This contract opportunity runs through May 21, 2027, at two elementary school settings near Denver, CO. With a diverse caseload of approximately 40 students, you’ll make a significant impact within collaborative, student-centered environments.

Key Requirements:

  • Hold a valid Colorado Department of Education ‘Professional Special Services License’ or have an application in process.
  • Solid background working as a School Psychologist in school settings, with experience in psychoeducational assessments, counseling, and intervention planning.
  • Energetic personality with exceptional communication and interview skills; able to articulate your expertise enthusiastically and professionally.
  • Willingness and preparedness for an onsite-only assignment.
  • Open to travelers who are actively pursuing Colorado licensure and have thoughtfully considered local area logistics such as housing and transportation.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive student assessments and deliver psychological services in accordance with IEPs and district protocols.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Engage in problem-solving, develop individualized intervention strategies, and contribute meaningfully to school-wide initiatives.
  • Participate in two-stage interview process: first with Special Education Coordinator, then with School Principal.
