Make a difference in the lives of elementary students by contributing your expertise as a School Psychologist on a flexible, part-time contract basis. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to support two vibrant elementary schools, working one day per week at each location. Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s or specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a related field
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
  • Experience in special education assessments, including cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional evaluations
  • Strong report writing, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families
  • Prior experience in elementary school settings is highly desirable

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive special education assessments for referred students
  • Interpret and communicate assessment findings to educational teams and families
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing professional insights and recommendations
  • Support the development of individualized learning plans and interventions
  • Collaborate with general and special education staff to promote student well-being
  • Provide consultative support regarding behavior management and academic strategies
  • Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
