  • Able and willing to assist with toileting and personal care needs as part of daily responsibilities
  • Previous experience working with students with severe disabilities and significant behavioral needs is strongly preferred
  • Comfort and confidence supporting students across a range of ages (elementary to high school); please indicate any preference
  • Collaborative attitude and commitment to supporting positive student outcomes in a high-needs environment
  • Required: Present both a current resume and proof of Highly Qualified status when applying (transcripts or Para Educator exam results)

Role responsibilities:

  • Deliver hands-on classroom and individual support to students with complex educational and behavioral needs
  • Partner with teachers and specialists to implement IEPs and individualized behavior plans
  • Provide personal care and assist with hygiene/toileting as required
  • Respond appropriately to behavioral escalations with compassion, patience, and professionalism
