Discover an exciting opportunity to provide top-notch speech and language services to students, making a direct impact on their communication skills and educational success. Two contract positions are available: one full-time position split between two elementary schools, and one part-time role (3 days per week) working at a middle school. These vital roles support diverse student populations and collaborate closely with dedicated educators and staff.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
  • Current or eligible Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
  • State licensure or eligibility to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Strong articulation, language, and communication skills
  • Ability to structure engaging therapy sessions for varying needs
  • Positive, collaborative attitude with excellent organization and recordkeeping skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and set measurable student goals
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services, adapting to students’ unique needs and collaborating with classroom staff
  • Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and complete necessary documentation in a timely manner
  • Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities
