Allied OneSource Education is actively seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for multiple full-time school-based opportunities throughout Dearborn, Michigan for the 2026-2027 school year.

Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Grade Levels: PreK-12 (openings available across all grade levels)
Employment Type: Full-Time | School-Year Contract

Key Responsibilities
As a School Speech-Language Pathologist, you will:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) related to speech and language services
- Provide individual and group speech-language therapy services based on student needs
- Track student progress and maintain accurate, compliant documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, related service providers, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Provide consultation and support to educational staff regarding communication strategies and accommodations
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports student growth and success
Qualifications
- Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply and will be considered!
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to provide all required credentials and documentation prior to placement
