Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Master’s or Specialist-level degree from an accredited School Psychology program
• Valid Ohio licensure or eligibility for Ohio Department of Education certification as a School Psychologist
• Strong knowledge of assessment, intervention, and counseling techniques for diverse student populations
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other school professionals
• Outstanding communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in a K-12 school setting preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments and re-evaluations to guide student support services
• Develop and implement strategies for crisis intervention, behavioral management, and academic success
• Provide individual and small group counseling to address emotional, behavioral, and social needs
• Collaborate with IEP and multidisciplinary teams to design and monitor effective interventions
• Participate in eligibility and placement decisions for special education services
