Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure appropriate for an elementary school setting
• Experience working with elementary (K-5) students, ideally providing both assessment and consultative services
• Proficiency with psychoeducational evaluations, IEP development, and collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Adaptability to thrive in a hybrid work environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assessments for K-5 students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement effective intervention plans
• Support the Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) processes
• Provide recommendations and contribute to IEP meetings to promote student success
• Maintain accurate records and comply with special education laws and district procedures
• Balance in-person evaluations with remote consultation, planning, and documentation tasks
