In this role, you'll serve a K-5 caseload, partnering closely with educators, families, and support teams to foster an inclusive educational environment. The week offers 3 flexible hybrid days, allowing you to manage assessments, planning, and consultation remotely, while 2 designated on-site days are dedicated to conducting essential evaluations within the school community. Working hours are consistently 8:00 am to 4:00 pm during school days, supporting a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• State licensure or certification as a School Psychologist (or eligibility for credentialing)
• Experience with elementary-aged children strongly preferred
• Skilled in assessment, intervention, report writing, and consultation
• Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of IEP process, special education law, and best practices in school psychology
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability to hybrid work environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations for students K-5
• Develop and interpret assessment data to support student success plans
• Lead and participate in IEP/504/RTI meetings
• Provide individual or group counseling as needed
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to inform interventions and strategies
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
