Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction designed for preschool-aged children with a variety of developmental needs
- Create, manage, and update IEPs, ensuring all documentation meets compliance standards
- Establish and maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment
- Collaborate with other educators, therapists, and families to support each child’s success
- Monitor and report on student progress, making instructional adjustments as needed
