Required Qualifications:

  • Active MSW license in Pennsylvania
  • School-based experience required
  • Must meet one of the following per PA Dept of Education:
    • Hold a valid, active PA School Social Worker Educational Specialist certificate
    • Or, have an emergency permit, be a LSW or LCSW, and be enrolled in a PDE-approved social worker program
  • Ability to obtain/complete all PA clearances
  • Comfortable working in an urban school setting
  • Prepared to disclose district assignment before submission
  • Available for full-time, onsite work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday (8:30AM-4PM)
  • Must complete a Zoom interview

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support services to students and families
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a middle or elementary school setting
  • Contribute to programs that promote student growth, mental health, and resilience
  • Maintain accurate records and support compliance efforts
