Key Qualifications:

  • Active and current Illinois OT licensure (required)
  • Ability to provide in-person services
  • Prior experience in a school-based OT setting preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Available for full-time schedule: 37.5 – 40 hours/week, 8:15 AM – 3:45 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Serve approximately 30 students at the start of the year (caseload will expand as new students are assessed)
  • Collaborate with the early childhood diagnostic team to evaluate students and determine therapy needs
  • Design and implement individualized therapy plans that support student development and participation
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed
