Key Details:

• Contract assignment beginning ASAP through May 21, 2027
• Weekly schedule of 20-25 hours, Monday through Friday
• Students served: Kindergarten through 8th grade
• Guaranteed hours, ensuring financial consistency
• Provide both direct and indirect services during contracted hours
• No additional non-therapy duties (such as bus duty or parent pick-up)
• Travel therapists are eligible for stipends

Skills & Experience:

• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant in Texas
• Experience with school-aged children, preferably across K-8th grade levels
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, students, and families
• Ability to provide both in-person and consultative speech therapy services under the supervision of an SLP
• Reliable, organized, and committed to fostering student growth

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality therapy services as outlined in students’ IEPs
• Track and document student progress, maintaining accurate records
• Collaborate with supervising SLP and school staff to support students’ communication goals
• Participate in required meetings and trainings related to speech services
• Support an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students
