The SLPA will be scheduled at one campus per day, ensuring focused attention on each assigned caseload without transitions during the day. With a consistent weekly schedule of 37.5 hours, you’ll build meaningful connections, deliver targeted interventions, and contribute to each student’s communication growth.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Active Texas SLPA licensure required
• Previous experience in an educational or pediatric setting highly valued
• Comfort working across K-12 grades and adapting to various school environments
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Completion of all time-sensitive credentialing documents, including fingerprints and drug screening

Responsibilities:

• Implement speech-language interventions as directed by supervising SLPs
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes for assigned students
• Support IEP goals through data collection and direct therapy services
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Communicate professionally with teachers, families, and colleagues
• Rotate among assigned campuses as scheduled, focusing on one site per day
