What you’ll bring:

  • Valid state licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
  • Previous experience working in a school setting, preferably with K-8 populations
  • Strong skills providing both direct therapy and indirect support services
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and educators
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to manage a diverse caseload

Your responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect speech and language therapy to K-8 students as prescribed in their IEPs
  • Collaborate with supervising SLPs to implement and monitor individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy notes
  • Participate in team meetings as required during contracted hours
  • Adhere to site-specific policies and utilize available resources to optimize student support
