A rewarding opportunity awaits Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) passionate about supporting students’ communication and academic growth! This full-time contract role provides experience across a variety of educational settings, as you'll serve at multiple campuses, including two elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school during the academic year. You will have a stable daily location, focusing on the assigned students at each campus—no traveling back and forth between schools mid-day.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Texas SLPA license required
  • Previous pediatric or school-based experience is highly valued
  • Comfortable working with diverse age groups (elementary, middle, high school)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Timely completion of credentialing documents including fingerprints and drug screening

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to SLPs and implement direct therapy services outlined in student IEPs
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to facilitate student development and success
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy progress and attendance
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as appropriate
  • Assist with the development of therapy materials and activities tailored to individual student needs

Position Details:

  • Contract runs from September 1, 2026, through May 20, 2027
  • Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week
  • You’ll remain at one campus per day—no transitions required during school hours
